Drop-in Centre

TIRC's Drop-in Centre aims to be a welcoming social space where IPAs, refugees and the wider migrant community can drop in and get free help with any queries they have.

Our drop-in service runs by appointment only, in order to allow time for each client. The main areas of support needed include:

  • Direct Provision issues
  • Department of Social Protection applications
  • Medical Card applications
  • Work permit applications and renewals
  • Employment support
  • ... and more.

We support our service users with any query, and refer on to relevant agencies when necessary.

Please contact us at 066 712 7918 to make an appointment, or contact the relevant support worker.

Form-filling Clinic

Form filling can be difficult and complicated, especially in a different language, so we have a Friday morning clinic where a dedicated volunteer supports people with any forms they need to fill.

You need to book an appointment for this clinic – contact 066 712 7918 or your support worker.

Legal Clinic for IPAs

We are delighted to have secured funding from St. Stephen's Green Trust to set up and run a legal clinic for IPAs.

The clinic is by appointment only. It commenced in October 2025 and runs on Wednesdays.

Please book your appointment via email at reception@tirc.ie or ring 066 712 7918.
