The support provided to service users at the drop in centre varies from immigration, social welfare, and other individual issues. The number of Irish naturalisation and registration for Legal aid for asylum seeker is very high, followed by appealing asylum refusal and helping them to understand the content of the refusal and contacting their solicitor.
Family reunification visas and various visa issues were also common requests for help. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the service and all who came to the Centre can feel secure in the knowledge that any information they share with the support volunteers or staff, will be treated with complete confidence.
